You can set up your Return processes by accessing the settings page by pressing the
button situated on the top right of The Range Marketplace system.
In the Returns section you will need to select the relevant returns for each scenario. There is currently 3 scenarios for a customer to want to return an order.
- If items arrived damaged or developed faults within 28 days
- If items develop a fault or defect within 28 days to a year
- When a customer changes their mind within 28 days
For each of the above you will need to select one of the return processes, that will display for customers.
- You will provide a pre-paid returns label that the customer may use to return the goods directly to you.
- You will arrange collection of the goods directly from the customer at your own cost.
- You will request that the customer keep the goods and a refund or replacement will be provided. This option is only available if the customer agrees.
- We will collect the goods on your behalf. The goods will be returned to our returns processing facility and disposed of. No refund will be given to you on the selling fees and you will be charged a returns processing fee.
If the customer is returning goods due to a change of mind, they will be charged a set fee depending one the shipping weight of the product. This will be credited to you.
