The way in which you enter the attributes of your product on variations is very important so that customers can select the exact product they want. If you have variants and the attributes are all the same, then customers will NOT be able to purchase the products.
Also, when setting up variations for your products, please do not make a master product variant, with the real variants after. This will only result in further issues. Please make your first variant (and all) the sellable variant that will be used.
Having these attributes unique is essential, this can either be the colour, length, pack size, etc.
