Creating A Delivery Service

Now you have access to the Marketplace system you will need to create a delivery service to offer to the customers. You can create a service by accessing the settings page by pressing the button situated on the top right of the Marketplace page.

In the Delivery Service section you will be given the ability to complete the Delivery Service Settings. If you have opted for a customised delivery service, please follow the steps detailed here.

From the Delivery Service Settings, you will be able to select:

1. Region - the locations you want to deliver your products to
2. Delivery time - how long it takes to get your product to the customer
3. Order Cut-off Time (hh:mm) - the time an order has to be dispatched to be collected that day

Please note that the 'Saver' delivery option automatically adds on a 2 day buffer to your service, where as the 'Express' service adds just 1.

Once you have filled in the required information, press the 'Add this Service' button to activate the delivery service.

As default, the services will be set up as a Saver Delivery with free delivery with delivery and courier collections from Monday to Friday. If you wish to offer a more customised service, please submit a request after you have created a service with the requested changes.

Please see below table explaining which postcodes are included in each delivery services. Postcodes that are not listed in any of these zones will be under the “mainland” delivery service.
