It is a condition of trading with us as a Marketplace Partner that you include a despatch note in each parcel that you send to customers.
You are permitted to send an unbranded despatch note, although we do prefer the despatch note included in the parcel to use our brand “The Range”.
It is mandatory that all despatch notes must clearly state the order number and below returns message:
“Need to return something? Go to www.therange.co.uk/returnsandrefunds to arrange your return”
Details that should ideally be included on the despatch note are listed below:
- The Marketplace logo
- The Range customer service contact desk: https: //www.therange.co.uk/contact/
- The Range customer order number
- The Range customer order number printed as barcode
- Date of despatch
- Customer name
- Customer delivery address
- Product Name
- Product code
- Quantity Despatched
- Returns Messaging (specified above)
Please Note: Your despatch note design will need to be signed off by our Digital Content team to ensure brand guidelines have been followed. In order to get your despatch note approved, please send an example or template to The Range Marketplace Services.
